Lexar announces Ares DDR5 RAM with heat spreader and built-in Error Correction Code – Rashtra News
Lexar, a well-known flash memory solutions brand, has launched its Lexar Ares DDR5 desktop memory. The Ares DDR5 memory claims to offer speeds starting at 4800Mhz which according to the company is around 1.5 times more than the fastest DDR4 standards.
The latest memory from the company also comes with a sleek aluminium heat spreader to keep RAM thermals in check and also ensure the system and motherboard is running at an optimal temperature.
The company says that it is meant for PC enthusiasts, hardcore gamers and content creators who are looking for next-level performance, increased capacity and maximum power efficiency.
The latest Ares DDR4 memory is compatible with 12th-generation Intel Core processors. It is built with an on-die ECC, that allows for real-time data error correction for increased data stability and reliability. The memory also comes with a built-in Power Management IC (PMIC).
