FTII SRFTI JET 2021: The Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute, Kolkata (SRFTI) and Film & Television Institute of India, Pune (FTII), leading educational institutions in the art and craft of film making and television production, have invited online applications from desirous candidates seeking admission to various Film and TV-PG Diploma, or Certificate courses for the academic year 2021 through a Joint Entrance Test, 2021 (JET 2021) scheduled on 18 and 19 December 2021.

FTII SRFTI JET 2021 Eligibility
Desirous candidates seeking admission to various Film and TV-PG Diploma and Certificate courses in FTII and SRFTI, except for Art Direction & Production Design, must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline. Candidates who wish to apply for Art Direction & Production Design programme must possess a Bachelor’s degree in applied arts, architecture, painting, sculpture, interior design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent.

FTII SRFTI JET 2021 Selection Process
SRFTI FTII JET 2021 is a pre-requisite for admission to any of the Film and TV PG Diploma/Certificate courses offered at the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI) and Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), involving a multistage selection process:
Stage I: Involves selection process through an All India Level written examination called as the Joint Entrance Test, 2021 (JET 2021) which is a written test of 3 hours’ duration consisting of objective type and subjective questions and will be conducted in 27 cities across India. Based on the JET 2021 score of the candidates, SRFTI and FTII will shortlist
Stage II: Based on the FTII SRFTI Joint Entrance Test 2021 score of the candidates, SRFTI and FTII will shortlist for the second stage of the selection process and thereafter, on successful accomplishment of all the requisites, finally admit students in their full-time regular programmes for the academic year 2021
The FTII SRFTI JET 2021 scorecard will be made accessible on the JET website with the JET 2021 score valid only till September 30, 2022, and will accordingly be accessible on the website. Those shortlisted will have to undergo Medical Test as per the selection criteria of FTII and SRFTI.
