The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) attached to the office of the Department of Personnel and Training under Govt. of India has released the tentative SSC Examination Calendar 2021-22 for conducting pan-India recruitment to various Group B and Group C (non-technical) posts in the various Ministries.Departments of the Govt. of India and their attached and subordinate offices, except those posts which are specifically exempt from the purview of the Commission.
The Commission is entrusted with the task of holding open competitive examinations for recruitment to the various posts comprising of Lower Division Clerks, Grade C and Grade D Stenographers, Assistants, Inspectors of Central Excise.Income-Tax, Sub-Inspectors in CBI and CPOs, Divisional Accountants, Auditors and Accountants, UDCs, Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical), Statistical Investigators, Tax Assistant in CBDT and CBEC, Section Officer (Commercial Audit.Audit), Typewriting Tests in English and Hindi in addition to holding Departmental Examination for promotion to various posts and other vacancies falling under the various Ministries.Departments, Attached and Subordinate Offices of the Government of India, etc. as detailed here
For conducting the same, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a tentative SSC Examination Calendar 2021-22 to be conducted through Computer Based Examination (CBE) in phases.tiers as applicable.
