The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to reschedule the Ranji Trophy knockout stage fixtures.Earlier, the quarterfinal was to begin from June 4, but now, it will be played between June 6 to 10. The final was to be played from June 20 to 24, but according to a revised schedule, the summit clash will now be held between June 22 and 26 in Bengaluru.

Sportstar understands that the change was made to the schedule to ensure television coverage for the final. Bengaluru will be hosting the final T20I between India and South Africa on June 19, so keeping that in mind, the Board decided to push back the Ranji final by a couple of days.
