Realme 9i tipped to launch in January next year, may come with this chipset – Rashtra News
Launch timeline of Realme 9i has leaked online. According to a report, the smartphone may launch in the month of January next year. The report says that the handset could be unveiled ahead of the launch of Realme 9 and Realme 9 Pro.
Realme is expected to unveil the Realme 9 series in 2022. The series is tipped to offer four smartphones, namely- Realme 9, Realme 9 Pro, Realme 9i and Realme 9 Pro Max/Pro+.
Realme 9i is expected to be the most affordable offering under the series. It is tipped to come powered by MediaTek Helio G90T octa-core chipset. For those unaware, Realme 9i will succeed the Realme 8i which comes powered by MediaTek Helio G88 processor.
Realme 9i: Expected specifications
Realme 9i is rumoured to come with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen. The display may offer a HD+ resolution and may sport a punch-hole camera cutout. It is tipped to offer up to 8GB of RAM and may come with 128GB internal storage capacity.
As mentioned above, it is expected to come powered by MediaTek Helio G90T octa-core processor. The phone may run on Realme’s own UI. The device is said to house a 5,000mAh battery. It is expected to come with either 18 watt or 33 watt fast charging adapter.
On the camera front, the smartphone is said to feature a quad camera setup on the rear side. Realme 9i may offer a 64MP main sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and dual 2MP sensors. For selfies, it may come with a 32MP camera at the front.
