While addressing the media, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav took a jibe at Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar stating, “In the NITI Aayog report, Bihar is the worst performing state in the health sector. The by-elections are occurring because Nitish Kumar govt didn’t provide proper treatment even to their MLAs. So on what basis will Nitish Kumar ask for votes from public.”
