Addressing reporters at the Government Information Media Centre (GIMC) in Kabul, Taliban spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid said this is an “acting (caretaker) government” and not a “permanent government”. He added that each minister in the Taliban government would be assisted by two deputies.
