The minister said GatiShakti , announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Independence Day speech, will provide a framework for holistic and integrated infrastructure development in the country.
‘We can offer you good returns, (and) huge potential of economically viable projects,’ Gadkari said, adding that India offered immense economic potential and viability for insurance and pension funds.
Addressing the American Chamber of Commerce’s 29th AGM, Gadkari said his ministry was planning to raise $15 billion through the monetisation of highways over the next five years.
