07 January 2015, Mumbai: Continuously delineating consumer experience in the power utility domain, the Tata Power today announced an increase in its Mumbai consumer base by more than a lakh since Jan 2014. The Company, has steadily been adding consumers due to its diligent customer service and lowest tariff offering to consumers below 300 units.
Today, Tata Power’s consumers below 300 units account for almost 70% per cent of the Company’s total consumer base. The Company is also undertaking steady network expansion within the city and till date has been successful in adding 702 Kms of cable network in 2014.
